Refund policy

I really hope that you fall in love your lampshade. however if for any reason you are not completely happy please get in touch and I can organise a refund provided you return it to me within 14 days of delivery. 

Customers are responsible for the return postage of the item and a refund will be issued when item is received and item is in satisfactory condition.

Please contact me for the Return Address. 

Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Returns are excempt for any bespoke made lampshades.
